Day Trip to Jejanrom

Hello all ! haha sorry for not writing. Been busy. Busy with what?

Work, work and more work.

Life suddenly seem so lifeless as I dont have any social life any more.

Thank God I still have a group of great Cell Group members around to support me!!*muaks to all*

Thank you Ley Chu too for taking effort to oranize a day trip to her kampong. I personally enjoyed it very much. ;)
And also Thank you very much for telling me that we are going hiking!! I was like all dressed up for sports, and when she turned up at my place, she was all in shopping entire !! *gerams* lol

We started off journey by picking everyone from PJ to LRT station to Pyramid to Shah Alam, only to Jejanrom.
Had Hokkien Mee Sua as breakfast. Something quite different from what the Foochow would offer. hmm...

Later on, we visited Leychu's grandma place and this toddler caught my eye by 'banging himself' on my leg. He is soooo cute and adorable!! Please to present JiaQuan!! :D

Here, this cute toddle named Jia Quan, it's nephew of Ley Chu. I find him extremely adorable especially when he starts showing his cheeky expressions. I fell in love with him straight away!! hahah

a kid lover I am. Not a good mother though. ;)

*cheese* !! hahaha he is trying to make a cheeky face again! His bad Aunty Ley Chu is forcing him to do "kelian" look. Too bad, he is enjoying the icecream so much so that he don't bother to take command! haha
Seriously, I really like this kid. He can even winkz non stop! and and the best part of all is his monkey face!

Noticed the icecream cone is extremely short? LeyChu bite off half of it and feed him the rest, so mean of her :p of course, he still enjoys it.

After breakfast of hot hot Hokkien Mee Sua, we headed to the temple. Believe it or not? This kid at age 1, could understand a few of the prayers !!! He sure knows how to Bai Bai too. What impressed me is when you asked him where is the Buddha, he could point to you accurately. He impresses me further by poiting to me the joystick, then to the Buddha, followed by the gesture of praying.

I personally love this picture !! Marcus seem to be clicking well with kids! And that really suprised me a lot a lot!!! I never thought a guy, esp a shy guy like him would love kids so much!
See how well both of them clicked to each other =) Same hairstyle, same smile & same color of shirt too! hahaha
I have put on so much of weight just in weeks !!! Next to me is leng lui Grace.

Hahaha don't ask what am I doing. I was all too bored waiting for the others to finish their prayers. And JiaQuan already sticking to Marcus then. So there, a self taken monkey look! lol

Gotta admit the temple was well touched up. Supposely to take photo here and there, I just don't have the energy. After sending JiaQuan back to his grandma, we headed for ever well known Beggar's chicken at erm.. don't know what's that place called. hahaha :p

I understand from Leychu we actually need to call and book in advance for the courses or else they don't serve adhoc dishes. What's so special bout this place? Apparently, their popular dishes like Beggar's chicken, beggar's pork, beggar's duck..etc was cook under hot sands that is been heated up by hot charcoals.

We tried the beggar's chicken, pork, traditional fish (with no bones served, yet in a complete fish shape), kai lan & pork leg.

I had fun laughing at how Rachel & Prisca was jumping up onto the bench when the dogs come close to us. We were all too busy shoo-ing the dogs for both of them that non of us remembered to take the dishes look-like. lol

A very nice seat by the swamp where u can actually see Human-head-fish, colorful crabs, red crabs and a lot of swamp trees.

The lunch was not so delicious as I expected. Personally I enjoyed the laughters and companion more than the food. The food is really lousy though. Any how, still need to thank Leychu for taking her time to organize the lunch. It was a good experience by the swamp tree, and seeing how they cook the beggar chicken.

We had a short visit to Morib Beach. Sure is a malay place. Rachel was too excited upon seeing bubble-bubble sold by the stall nearby. Being a marketer herself, she managed to get her deal by RM 8.

Simple yet complicated gal she is, easily satisfied by the little things too. She is all so engrossed into her bubble-bubble game ;)

Morib was so so. As we are about to go home, Rachel suddenly suggested that we shall eat at her place and she will cook! Grace was teasing at her ability of cooking. Rachel sure has impressed us by her grocery shopping!

Shortly after an hour of preparation, viola dinner is served on the table!! =)

Thanks alot gals for everything!! I appreciated everything. The companion, the food, the time spent... you guys made me felt like a big family!!
